Why I Coach?

For me, coaching is about "paying it forward." Humanity thrives when we share knowledge and experiences. For much of my life, I wondered why my brain worked differently and sought out people who truly understood me.

A decade ago, I discovered that I was born with a brain trait called High Sensitivity, a trait shared by at least 1 in 5 people. Despite its prevalence, many remain unaware of what it means, how to navigate its challenges, or unlock its strengths.

Experiencing the transformative power of awareness and understanding inspired me to become both an advocate and a coach. Today, I dedicate part of my time to helping others deepen their understanding of their unique brain, mind, and emotions—empowering them to harness these qualities as powerful assets to achieve their goals in life.

I’m an entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, driven by a passion for innovation and personal growth.

In addition to my tech career, I serve on the board of a nonprofit and I’m also a dedicated career coach, speaker, writer, and artist.

I hold a diverse range of academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecom and Electronics, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and an MBA.

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and Empath, I have spent more than a decade researching brain NeuroTypes, and the power of emotional management for personal empowerment.

For the past 12 years, I’ve been coaching and advising professionals across various roles in the tech industry, helping them navigate their careers and reach their full potential.

How does this coaching work during One on Ones?

We meet for 1 hour every two weeks, or half an hour every week

We start taking steps to identify your brain’s NeuroType.

We discuss and identify where the biggest challenges are, prioritize them based on their impact to your life.

We make a plan!

One on One Coaching

I will work with you directly to discover the uniqueness of your brain and how it shapes your mind and emotions.

Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and create a step-by-step plan to achieve them. Gradually, you’ll transform into the person you aspire to be and live the life you envision.

Available in packages of: 4, 8, or 12 sessions.

Open Support Group

This virtual event is open to everyone looking to bring more quiet to their mind and emotions.

Follows the structure of Dr J Orloff’s Empaths support group, leading and ending with brief meditation, with optional sharing to the group and relevant readings. Event lasts between 30 and 60 mins.
